Registration for our 2025, 3rd Annual Golf Tournament will open on March 1, 2025


 


Location: The Ooltewah Club – 7502 Snow Hill Rd, Ooltewah, TN

Date: May 5, 2025, @ 11:00 a.m.
Times:

  • 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Registration Meet-n-Greet - Kiwanis Key Club members will greet you at your vehicle and carry your clubs to your cart.  Receive a complementary prepackaged sack lunch.  Meet our VIPs and Charity & Sponsor Representatives. The Practice Range is open as early as 10 am. Participate in a 'digital' Closest-to-the-Pin Golf Simulator Competition. 
  • 12:15 p.m. – Instructions - Meet outside the clubhouse at the main putting green.
  • 12:30 p.m. – Shotgun Start - your starting hole is listed on your scorecard.  Download the course Golf Genius app and have one of your players keep score on the app for a live scoreboard in the clubhouse.
  • 5:30 p.m. – Awards Presentation & Raffle - Awards, Raffle, Charity Features, photos, & more.

 

Cost: $175 single player / $600 foursome ($150 each)

This includes one green fee, range balls, a cart, non-alcoholic drinks, a grab-and-go lunch, and prize-winning contest opportunities, and more.  Each player will receive a fabulous swag bag with a FootJoy Tonal Dot Print Golf Shirt ($89 value), a sleeve of Titleist ProV1 golf balls, and several other items including valuable sponsor coupons. 

 

  • Mulligans*: $10 ea (no max) - May not be used on putting greens. A ‘provisional’ mulligan enables a golfer the opportunity to replay a shot that went awry from the spot of the previous stroke without penalty. Provisional means he/she may use the first shot. Each player must declare the number of mulligans he has purchased and announce the mulligan shot to his playing partners before play.  You may NOT purchase a mulligan during play using this app.

 

  • Raffle Tickets:  $10 ea (no max) - Each player will receive one (1) complimentary raffle ticket at check-in. Additional tickets may be purchased inside the clubhouse. 

 

  • Golf Simulator Closest-to-the-Pin Competition:  $5 for 3 attempts - The winner receives $100 at the Awards Presentation. 

 

Cash Prizes:

  • 1st Place: $400  –  2nd Place: $250  –  3rd Place: $100
  • Closest to the Pin: $100 - Hole #12
  • Longest Drive: $100 - Hole #17
  • Raffle: valuable prizes will be given away.

 

 

Format: Scramble / 4-Person Select Shot

 

  • All 4 players will hit a tee shot and select the best-positioned shot.

  • The team will place their ball within 1 club length of the best shot. 

  • The same procedure will be followed on subsequent shots until the ball is holed.

  • Each player can lift, clean, and place the ball while keeping the same condition as the original ball.

  • You may not move the ball closer to the hole, from the rough to the fairway, or from out of a bunker.

  • "BOGEY IS YOUR FRIEND": If your last hit, if holed, will give you a bogey, please pick up your ball and move to the next hole to improve the pace of play.  Bogey is the highest score. 

  • TEE BOX:   Men/Blue     Men 62+/White      Men 14-, Women/Green
