Foursome Registration Instructions:

 

1️⃣  Choose a Lead Player

If you’re completing this form, you are the Lead Player.

 

2️⃣  Full Payment Required with Registration

The total cost is $600.  Payment in full is required to secure your team’s spot.  You will need to collect reimbursement from your teammates.  (Venmo, PayPal, etc, etc)

 

3️⃣  Enter Four Players

You must create four player entries to complete registration.  Complete your player registration information. Your cell phone and email are a MUST.

 

• If you know all players, enter them now.

• If not, you may use placeholder names (e.g., Player 2, Player 3) and update later.

 

4️⃣  Update Details Anytime

After payment, return and select “Edit Registration” to update player information.

Single Player Registration Instructions:

 

If you are a single player, we will team you with other singles to form a foursome.  If a friend of yours decides to play later as a single, he would need to come here and register.  Then let us know, and we'll put you in the same cart with your friend.
